Armorial Monogram Tureen KING EDWARD VII Cauldon
A superb small Cauldon tureen and lid. Retailed by James Green & Nephew London.
It bears the monogram or cypher for (E)dward, (R)ex, (I)mperator.
Edward VII King and Emperor. The rope design of the lettering suggests a maritime
use. Perhaps for one of the Royal yachts or for use on board a steam ship.
James Green were also ships chandlers.
